I've extracted medications which have the best impact on my mind condition (mild depression/dysthymia, moderate social anxiety).
Almost all of them have instant action, but a person can become tolerant with daily use. So I figured out the following protocol:Day 1: Klonopin 2mg - takes care of my social phobia, makes me motivated, and pro-sociable.
Duration: around 8 hoursDay 2: Ultram(tramadol) 100-150 mg - also takes care of SP, obsessive negative thoughts and lifts my depression.
Duration: around 8 hoursDay 3: Xanax (although I'd like to try SR version sometime soon) 1 mg - takes care of my SP, makes me anti-depressed, pro-social.
Duration: around 3-4 hours - so 2-3 doses are needed this day.Day 4: Adderall/Dexedrine 20-30 mg - lifts my depression, makes me defnitely pro-social/talkative, and VERY motivated.
Duration: up to 6 hours.Day 5: Xyrem used during the day, 2-2.5ml - lifts my depression like nothing else, takes care of anxiety like nothing else :) The downside is its short action.
Duration: around 2-3 hours - so around 3 doses are needed this day.Day 6: Tramadol 100-150 mg
Day 7: Drug free day ;) or if I try to get my hands on Picamilon - I'd use it on that day.
I'll also try using Enada NADH few times/week as I think it has beneficial effect for me.
So, what do you guys think about this? This way I can avoid tolerance to any of above, and still treat my depression pretty effectively (I've been through the SSRIs, effexor, wellbutrin, amisulpride - none had much impact on my state of mind). I appreciate any input/suggestions etc.
Take care,
Brad
