This is pure speculation, but as for glutamate (glutamic acid), it's an excitatory neurotransmitter, so if anything it's more likely to *increase* the effects of Adderall, I'd say.

Secondly, one of the four amphetamine salts in Adderall is amphetamine aspartate (aka amphetamine aspartic acid). So I imagine that since it's used as a base for one of the salts in Adderall, it has little or no effect on the effectiveness of Adderall.

Keep in mind, this is just an educated guess!
