I belive optimum dosage is 1.5mg x 3 daily (4.5mg), titrated over about 5 weeks (i think). Whether it's cheaper than Mirapex or not I do not know. I claim on the NHS and get each item on the script for £6.20. They are both *fairly* new so I would suspect they where around the same price.
