Girl,

No Meridia is not natural. It is a drug for the obese. I assume that it could work as an antidepressant also because it supposedly works on serotonin, norephrinepine and dopamine...that is why I am interested in trying it. It is not recommended to take along with an SSRI though. There are many weight loss supplements at GNC but most have ephedra and caffenine in them. Ususally anything that causes weight loss is not safe- raises blood pressure, messes with heart etc. so be careful. If I find a good appetite suppressant I will let you know.
