Thanks so very much Gracie, I thought they came in little packages. That's what I liked about it-much easier! They sound excellent and well balanced I may look for them around here and try them.
A whack job???? No you're not!!!! LOL Man I'm the whack job-sheesh I've been on every med I think and I still can't get off my butt to do the things I need to be doing-long story lol I do believe this Topamax does make you lethargic-but I have a problem being a bit lazy lately-like over the last 10 years anyway-nah I'm ok-just *should* be doing more with my life.
Anywaaaaaayyyyyyy lol,
It's hot here too-considering it was June gloom here all month. Just a week ago. Do you work? I hear ya-it is too hot to go outside, although we are getting a little breeze-cool.

Let me get my glasses .......
ok the Propel Fitness water has 10 calories per 8fl oz serving and there's 3 servings (23.7FL.OZ) in their large bottles, I'm drinking a peach one right now yummmmmmmmmmmmy
they really are good and I'll tell ya it gets the toxins out of my body and lubricates everything just as well as water does, I pee every hour, and it helps inhibit the side effect of kidney stones from the Topamax. All their flavors in their waters are natural too-all of them. Good stuff. Do they sell Propel where you are-they are pretty popular.
So, how is the zinc, folic acid, magnesium, and selenium in the multi-pack?
Thanks so much.

Gal

I don't mind, if I'm not typing I should be cleaning up around here but I don't really feel like it. And it's WAY too hot to go back outside.
