hi tina,
good effects:
-calmed me down tremendously without zoning me out
-kept me in the "present"
-thought processes were clearer
-concentration improved
-not as "ancy"

bad effects:
-horrible diarrhea
-bad tremors
-headaches
-bloatedness around middle
-abdominal pain
