It just seems so easy to forget or not realize that you are eating something that could precipitate it. I have gone to the emergency room once in my life, when I was 10 and had an appendicitis, and I just can't imagine suddenly having to go. Also, if any of you have gone, do they take you seriously and check your BP right away or make you wait, which seems risky to me?
