Hi btnd,
Sorry to keep you waiting.

But whatever amount you swallow is lost because, once the enteric coating is breached, the stomach acids will chemically alter the NADH molecules before they get to the intestines (where it otherwise would have been absorbed into the body).
However, when it comes time to buy more, you might consider the 2.5 mg enteric coated (down-the-hatch) tablets or the 10 mg (but easy to divide) ENADAlert NADH sublingual product. As an example, here is a web site that sells these products:
http://www.iherb.com/enada.html
I can only take 2.5 mg per week. I'd love to be able to take more, but if I do I get very irritable (GRRRRRRRR!). How often do you take it?
> 2) what about using Enada NADH with Adderall? What do you think about such combination?
What would be the advantage? Why not just increase the Adderall and forget about the Enada NADH?If one were to decide to combine the two, it seems to me an additive effect would likely result since they are both dopaminergic. <I have a knack for stating the obvious>
