I never took Remeron but I know how you feel. I started on Parnate 5 days ago and starting to feel really nervous and jittery. I'm only on 20 mg/day and others can go as high as 100-130mg over time and seem to do OK. Don't know how they do it. Everyone is different. From what I read about Remeron it *SUPPOSE* to have a mild sedative effect making it good for insomnia
and agitated depression. I guess this isn't true in your case. The sedative effect is due to potent blocking of the histamine H1 receptor.

Have you seen Adrian?
