The sexual side effects bothered me the most; however, after about 6 years on them, I began to notice anhedonia, and that bothered me even more. Insomnia was a problem, but I always thought it was caused by the depression rather than the medication; I assumed I had high cortisol levels at midnight, rather than really low ones the way one is supposed to.
