This is just my opinion from taking both of them, but for me Prozac was about twice as strong as Celexa generally. That could be because it accumulated a lot more because of liver enzymes or whatever, though. The max dose of Prozac I could tolerate (for greater than a stretch of a month or so) was 5mg/day. Celexa the max was 10mg.
