Fainting is a result of very low blood pressure and adhering to the diet should not in itself cause such low blood pressure. With me, I had some low blood pressure at the beginning, then it subsided after a few days.
Can you afford to lower the dose? Maybe that would help. Add a lot of salt to your diet and don't pay attention to what others say about consuming too much salt. Maybe your pdoc can make a suggestion about how to keep the blood pressure at higher levels.
