Snoozy. I love my provigil! But initially I did have some mild headaches. They are gone now, it was just a transient adjustment period. In my case, they were nothing compared to the benefits I have recieved.

ps. I have had migraines also, fortunately not very often in the recent past. I know how horrible they are!
