Don't be a victim of FDA and DEA mindwashing ;) If Adderall makes you feel normal you should keep taking it and certainly not feel guilty. Yes, keep an eye on your blood pressure but otherwise just enjoy the relief.

Here's a final piece of food for thought. Why should it matter to you whether Adderall treats your depression via some specific-to-depression mechanism or because it stimulates the dopaminergic pleasure response ("feeling high")? I will rephrase Alexander Pope: "Whatever works is right."
