I started taking Wellbutrin SR 100mg qam 10 days ago, in addition to Effexor XR150mg qd and Topamax 100mg bid. I quit Effexor cold turkey 3 days ago. I have a 3+ year history of bulimia, with anoretic features, in remission for about a year and 4 months or so. Since staring the Wellbutrin SR, I have been purging, though not binging excessively although appitite is increasing, several times a day. Purging incidence is increasing. Has anyone ever heard/experienced anything like this before? I'd be really interested in any information anyone has. And yes, my doc knows about my ED history and the seizure risk had been taken into consideration and deemed not an actual risk. Thanks!
