Picamilon is GABA bonded to niacin, which allows it to easily cross the blood-brain barrier. It's also a vasodilator, means it increases blood dirculation in the brain and heart. As far as where you can buy it, the rules of the board don't allow this info. But just type "Picamilon" in Yahoo or Google and go from there.
