Just a post to share.....
For those of you who are either afraid of the weight gain on all these meds, or want to lower your caffeine, sodium, sugar intakes, etc., which all help the water/ weught gain-check this out: I found something awesome and it's not a pill:-)

At Walmart:

***NO FAT
***NO SUGAR
***REAL FRUIT JUICES
***TASTES GREAT
