The Australian NARDIL whore!!! - another question

Fellow MAOI users,
Just wondering. Who takes their doses as a single dose and who divides them?
FWIW, I take 30mg at around 11a.m.
Another 30mg around 1p.m.
Finally, 45mg around 3p.m.
As far as I know the purpose of dividing doses is just to obviate any s/effects. Thats right?
The half-life of Nardil (1-4 hrs I believe) does not correlate with MAO action (because it's irreversible).
So really, you take the dose at any time in any portion and, apart from s/effects, it won't make ANY difference to it's therapeutic efficacy.
Any comments, and tell us your dosing schedules.
