Augmenting agents,, which ones were powerful?

Has anyone found a powerful , safe, mild augementing agent like Larry Mentioned Chromium?
If so,, what was it
How easy was it to get prescribed
Im finding Synthyroid is REALLY a lousy augmenting agent for me,
