Sam-e side effects??

I have been taking 200mg. of Sam-e for about 8 weeks now. Trying it for depression and anxiety. I now have started to experience nausea, jitteriness, poor sleep, early awakenings, lethargy etc. All these things I used to experience with the different AD's I tried in the past. I am very med sensitive. Could it be the Sam-e causing these things at such a low dosage??
