It's definitely a low dose in its antipsychotic capacity, but as an anti-depressant/OCD , it's quite high. The study I read said it actually LOSES effectiveness for this purposes above 1.5 mg. It said maximum benefit was between .5 and 1.5 but that significant effect was seen even below .25 mg. And the people in this study werent even taking a traditional anti-D in addition. How much weight did you gain? I think you could consider going below 1 mg. My shrink won't consider anything more than 1 mg
for me.
