Paxil. My oldest daughter has had some problems with anxiety and with hypotension. She takes 10 mg a day and is doing wonderfully well....it seems to have addressed both the anxiety and the hypotension, to the joy of her physicians. I understand it can have some side effects in getting off of it as well. Just stay in tune with how you are feeling. Best regards, dde
