Hi I was drawn to your post, because I have researched Zelnorm quite a bit. It is supposed to be for IBS, irritable bowel syndrome. It also doesn't work as well for men as it does for women. Although, it can also cause an increase in cysts on the ovaries for women. They are also looking at using Zelnorm for GERD or reflux, because it looks like it increases the motility of ones stomach. Some people with Gastroparesis are hoping it will help them as well. From what I have read about Zelnorm, I don't think it will help your constipation all that much, if it is just simple constipation.
I would look it up if I was you. I have thought about taking it myself, but because I have a motility problem with my stomach. If you want me to post more info on Zelnorm, just let me know.
