Most schitzophrenics have a HUGE tolerance for antipyschotics - they are bombarbed with HUGE doses of the stuff for years sometimes before they get tardive dyskinesia.

Maybe a subset - those with totoally domainating negative symptoms - they maybe are more prone - the class postive symtom guy though - I don't think it is common certainly not without drugs it is not - good question - never saw any info on it.
