I would subtract in groups, then
wait about a week to see what happens.Start with large groups and then narrow
it down to smaller groups.Ie you could take half your supps for a
week, and see what happens, then the other
half.It is difficult to say because some of the combinations may be working together.
I wouldn't get too tweezed about it,
you can drive yourself nuts with which supps
you should take. You see something there on the shelf and you're like - oh my god I should be taking that!Good luck
