1. Fish oil is supposed to be by far the best
way to do this.

2. L-Theanine - works by enhancing GABA, there
is some link between GABA and Dopamine,
cause it enhances dopamine as well

3. GABA - The amino acid, does not cross the
Blood Brain Barrier to well, but causes
an increase in Growth Hormone as well as
dopamine.

4. Phosphatadyl Serine (spelled wrong).
Supposed to cause a marked increase in
dopamine.

5. Vitamin C - A casual relationship, but
I've seen studies linking the two

6. L-tyrosine - the precursor to dopamine
and norepinephrine - (I don't know how
effective it is)

7. Vigorous excercise

8. Inositol
It does work well to enhance dopamine and
serotonin activity, but It gave me a
strange reaction.

9. St. John's wort
Gave me Serotonin syndrome but does raise
dopamine

10. Sam-e and/or precursors folate + b12 + TMG
Also gave me early stage serotonin syndrome
(with celexa) but does effectivly raise
dopamine.

Good luck
