Paxil + What to Expect (vs Effexor XR sideeffects)

Hey everyone... After several days at the minimal dosage of Effexor XR and its miserable side effects (you name it, I got it - lock jaw, dry mouth, couldn't pee, didnt eat for 3 days, a constant "cracked out" feeling, insomnia, hallucinations, loss of sex drive, constipation, etc.) I talked to my doctor and decided to try Paxil. It has gotten some decent reviews from people I know versus the Effexor XR so I figured I was off to a better start than before. :)
So here I am.. give me the lowdown. the good, the bad and hopefully not just the ugly. What have any of you found to be the pros and cons of it, what the first few weeks like were starting the drug, best times of day to take it, etc...
