I also take Lexapro and Provigil. No Klonapin though. I have narcolepsy and depression. I take 200 mg of Provigil in the am (usually about an hour after breakfast, coffee and the lexapro). Then when I crash in the afternoon, I take 100 or 200 mg of Provigil and probably coffee too -- it depends on the severity of the crash, the time of day and what I've got left to do that evening. My sleep doc emphasized that Provigil is another one of those drugs that is different for everyone and each person has to find their own dosage and schedule. It could take 3 or so days for a dosage to show whether it is working well. I was told that many people (presumably narcoleptics) do take it twice a day. Perhaps in your case you should try 25 mg in the afternoon? ("Get out the pill cutter" is what I was told...)
Good luck!
Leslie :)

This morning I took 100 mg., and I had the crash affect around 1 p.m. so I took another 100 mg. and I feel a bit better. Does this make any sense?
