It is good to see tramadol helps OCD which is in fact a very nasty condition.However tramadol is an opiate and has potentially a small but real chance of causing a dependency or addiction.Why not try 5-10g omega-3 fish oil and see what that does for it.I have seen it give relief in a few days.
