hi i'k tony and BP also. i usually am either effexor or celxa- depending on mood state and high vol beza blitz. Effexor tends to eventually make me manic re of dose but is the only real effective treament that help. other wise celea to combat panic attack...just went to lexapro on the day of its release. doc and I were both waiting...so far so good. I also started lamictal for the BP dis, it is claimed to have the best effecacy for those who tend to lean twoards dep and may even help ongoing depression...might be a good mood stabel for you SOrry, not hep c to give mor einfo
