Taking fish oil on an empty stomach is more likely to result in hydrolysis of the triglycerides, and oxidation to produce "fishy" aldehydes. Yuck!

> free suplements ?Your body will look after the details. You really needn't concern yourself over this issue at all. Only if you are so deprived of fatty acids that your body is unable to secrete bile are you going to have problems. Bile is full of cholesterol.
