I had this problem all day especially with Zoloft. I would be doing dishes and notice my foot was curling up in my shoe. constant need to make myself relax. it is not as bad on celexa but I am on a very low dose (10mg). Klonopin helps a lot and counteracts the foot and neck tension from ad's. that is my experience.
