Actually, Desoxyn (methamphetamine) quickly becomes amphetamine (which is dexedrine)
so amphetamine is the active in both dexedrine
and Desoxyn. So both offer the same thing.
The only advantage is once a day vs twice
a day dosing. The cost factor (Desoxyn is more than 2X the cost of Dexadrine) make the choice clear.

However, as with all meds, some may do better on
a slightly different med within the same class.
What I object to is what I see as false info
that Desoxyn is the next "cure all" or that it will be different in a huge way.
