I'm sorry I don't have an answer, but I want to thank you for asking the question. I have the same problem. I just take both together and wait to eat. I don't get any nausea. The best thing that happened to me regarding this, was hearing a thyroid guru on the radio tell a call-in who was taking his synthroid with food that he should wait to eat. But he told him 20 minutes was sufficient. I had been waiting an hour for years. That has made a huge difference in my schedule. It's such a pain mixing and matching drugs. I have others too. For instance - I have to eat with the Geodon. Anyway, thanks, I hope you get a definitive answer.
