Thanks for the feedback, guys.

I called my psychiatrist and he said that the lithium is definitely to blame for my problem, and he wants me to reduce my dose from 1200mg to 900mg. The trouble is that I think the lithium has been a big help to me, and I'm reluctant to decrease it. I told my doc that I would prefer to leave things as they are for a while to see if the problem continues before messing with things. I'm holding out hope that it was a brief issue and it will go away.
