Have Celexa tabs with 11/01 expiration date

Started Celexa a few weeks ago for PD also take KP .5 x 3. Switched off Paxil which was making me tired. Had been on it for 6+ years. A friend gave me some Celexa samples but the expiration date is 11/01, how long does it take these tings to go bad. I would like to use them if possible.
Additionally, if people have similar profiles and have used Celexa any extra insight info would be appreciated. This is good stuff beats the SNRIs which made me angry and aggresive. The meds are good I am sure, but as we all know you need to find the right one for your noodle!
