Jay, make sure to tell the important people in your life about this -- and make a follow-up appointment with your doctor, okay? it's important. You could be on a med that doesn't make you feel that way.
Also, consider reading Phil's post "tie that thread in a knot!" It has a healthy attitude to take when you're feeling suicidal, plus it's hilarious.
