yes that has been on my mind to. i havent heard any concrete info on amisulpride in low doses(25- 100 mg) in the treatment of depression (and related issues), and the risk of td. i heard a poster here who said he developed td, but he was taking other meds with it. ( i believe one was an ssri) ssri's are thought to reduce dopamine function on there own. in fact, some people develop mild parkinson like symptoms just on an ssri! from what i hear, an ssri could increase the risk of td on amisulpride. i would advise against the combo myself, but i could be wrong and everyones different.
on the positive side, the actual scientific studies on amisulpride for depression mention the endocrine side effects, but not any parkinson like side effects. if they post the endocrine side effects, im sure they would mention anything worse(like td) im sure they would considering these are not studies done with the intention of selling a product. (appear none biased to me)
any other feedback at all would be greatly appreciated (seems like not many posters with knowledge on amisulpride these days)
