I only notice the symptoms with omega 3 and someone else here has the same problem..

It does'nt really matter whether our brain is made of this stuff..or should be...if our diet has'nt given us the right fat and our brains have developed on the harder fats from processed food..then that explains the neural feedback related problems like Schizophrenia that are so well cured with omega 3...
To me the paralysis seems to come hand in hand with the feeling of peace when the omega 3 hits...its actually quite stressfull to feed the brain that stuff..in that its getting what it needs and has to process that while still having to deal with reality..
that is to say I notice that I get the greatest and most profound benefit if I take two before sleep and no paralysis...i just wake up feeling fresh and my brain feels rock hard and not jarred by noises...

i'm less irratable and able to deal with so much more...I screen stuff out less and have greater ability do deal with things..I feel almost 13 again !!

I would say that not taking them before sleep renders me half as effective for dealing with events and being aware and sensitive to my environment in daytime.
