I recommend staying on the Zyprexa and augmenting
it with another medication to address the tiredness and
lack of motivation. This is a much better approach than
dropping Zyprexa which is helping so much with the mental
anguish.Have you ever tried combining Zyprexa with any other
antidepressants?Are you still on Paxil?
I might try adding the stimulant Provigil.
Also a Wellbutrin augmentation or possibily
a med like Desipramine will help.Use the stimulating meds to offset the crummy side effects
and keep the pros of Zyprexa.John
