thanks for your testimony, which makes a lot of sense to me.
As you say, those who are not experiencing bad side-effects or who see improvement of their condition probably don't come here to share their bad experiences.
It can be really scary to read some of the posts made here when you first begin the treatment.
For me, I have discontinued taking Effexor XR although it was really helping on both the depression and anxiety sides, because of some bothersome side-effects (for me).
I will talk to my physician and see what other alternatives I have.
