In reply to Lithium makes me feel worse. Anyone else?, posted by SLS on May 11, 2002, at 7:17:56
YES! Lithium made me feel so bad I only lasted one day. All I wanted to do was sleep -- I was drugged out and exhausted. I don't remember the dose, but I'm sure it was very low -- I always start out at about 1/2 the recommended starting dose.

I waited a few days and tried again at 100mg. I experienced the same thing, although to a lesser degree. I stuck with it a few days and then increased to 200mg. I felt pretty bad. Now that I have been off of it for two days, I am back to my crappy normal.
