Yes it's possible.
Whenever I'm stressed or anxious for some reason, I get back pain. It's quite common actually, that's why so many people get massages, go to different types of healers for back pain.

Also, if the anxiety leads to panick attachs, then you can get all sorts of physical symptoms such as chest pain, headache, dizziness, etc.

During major depression, I used to get a frontal lobe type of headache. Very specific - I called it "the depression headache." It was clear something was not working properly in my brain. I'd also get stomach ache.

Our bodies and mind work together - physical illnesses can lead to psuchological or psychiatric ones, and vice versa. Now, if this lasts, get to someone who can help you with the back pain. It could also be a side effect from and AD - I've heard of some people switching ADs because of neck pain.
