Wow good for you. That used to be me, working out 4-5 days a week. As soon as I started taking the medication I craved sweets and carbs A LOT. It took a couple of months before the weight just kept comin'. I was 118 pounds and now I am almost 150. It took a good 3-4 months before I even felt a lift of depression that I could see. Therefore I guess feeling more tired and lazy and craving food out of depression set me up for the weight gain. Now I am trying to watch I still have my tough days. I also think some of that weight gain can be attributed to quitting smoking. Just at the time I felt the enthusiasm to start exercising a lot and watching what I ate and therefore wanting to quit smoking I kept gaining. It has been very frustrating but I am glad I quit. It been slightly over 2 months.
