You can try an AP like Zyprexa,Geodon,Risperdal.
You probably won't get sexual dysfunction or apathy.
Drowsiness may be an issue depending on the med.The other route is to take a gold standard
benzodiazepine like Klonopin. This is probably
the cleanest approach. May induce some drowsiness.Serzone and Remeron of the ADs are least likely
to cause sexual dysfunction. Serzone makes some
people drowsy, but you can combine it with another
antidepressant that gave you the side effects and
the Serzone may help alleviate the sexual dysfunction
and apathy. The APs suggested can be augmented to
antidepressants to help alleviate side effects.John
