I have been taking Wellbutrin at 450mg for the last 3 years, it helps somewhat but I still have severe hypersomlence, Selegiline was added 2 years ago, which helped somewhat too, didn't make anything worse. Still with the combination of the two, I still had depression & Hypersolence (I had sleep studies done, but do not have nacolepsy just extreme sleepiness)
Provigil was added to the combination last year, and I have been taking Wellbutrin, Provigil at up to 600mg & Selegiline at 10mg but it hasn't helped with the fatigue and only caused svere stiffness in my joints.I'd really like to get a functional level, a doctor had mentioned taking me off the 3 meds. and putting me on Parnate, I guess my question is can Parnate work better than the 3 current combination of medications I am taking? Or could this make me worse?
I have already been on Adderall with Wellbutrin & Selegine & Ritalin with Wellbutrin & Selegiline.
At one point I was taking Enada (NADH) with Wellbutrin, Ritalin, Selegiline & Reboxetine and saw no change, I even drink coffee daily.
I don't get side effects except for stiffness or fatigue.
I have already been on numerous combination of anti- depressants, mood stabilizers & even anti-pyscotics (which, I might mention, made everything worse), I can't take the serotonin meds. like Luvox and Prozac because they actually make me more depressed.Any Thoughts?
