I noted the same effect with Remeron.
Actually the low dose 7.5 obliterated the 50 Zoloft in a totally prosexual way.

Remeron is peculiar - just drop from 15 to 0. It wears off in a day or two. If you have anxiety use Xanax in place of or in addition to Klonopin for a couple of days. The Xanax will antagonize the Remeron NE boost and promote serotonin as well.

No reason for a gradual taper from 15 - it will cause much more anxiety than it will help.
