Social Phobia MEDS

I have a few comments and questions. Im visiting my poc this week and want to change meds.Note i suffer from ptsd, depression, lethargy, anxiety, and social phobia. This steems from yrs of ghb and ephedrine and alcohol abuse.
Im searching for a good med combo, for months now, to replace above such. My current meds are:
Remeron 30mg (sleep disorder)
Klonopin 1mg Am.
Paxil 10mg depression
desipramine 25mg low anxiety stimulant
This combo is ok, but im sill slighly depressed, social phobic and non talkative, anxiety is quelled ok.
I want to try zoloft, more klonopin, and dexadrine.
Does any feel this will greatly improve my problems.
Oh also ambien for sleep. The remeron may be sedating my brain too much.
