Is it legal to tinker with a low dose of Provigil to help with the mood and BP? I have seen a few posts of people combining Nardil and Provigil. Provigil is an agonist at the alpha-1 noradrenergic site, which is what the zyprexa is blocking and may be exacerbating the bp issues.
I wouldn't want to exacerbate anxiety or bring on a hypertensive crisis however as I am not too familiar with this area.
Just a thought.
