How is the day hospital? I went to one when I was an adolescent; I didn't even realise there are adult ones (you are an adult, right?). It might be something I'd like to try. How much time do you spend there? What are some things that they have you do? Sorry if it's too personal or too difficult to talk about, I'll understand.
